What does Alias Advising do?
Alias Advising is a beverage operations consultancy for ready-to-drink (RTD) brands, run by Adam Smith. I help founders pressure-test feasibility, lock formulations, choose the right co-packer, and run first commercial production — and I help flavor houses, manufacturers, and suppliers qualify the brands they take on. Engagements run from a fixed $2,000 feasibility pilot to a $4,000–$6,000 per month operational retainer.
With a decade of experience in the beverage industry, I’ve had my hands in every phase of the journey for high-acid RTDs (beers, hard seltzers, energy and functional drinks and more). I’ve cleaned tanks, planned and overseen manufacturing runs, and managed brand operations. I am eager to help brands big and small bring their product aspirations to the market.

From $2,000 · 8 weeks. A fixed-scope engagement for founders developing 1–4 SKUs in a single product line. You walk out with a defensible go/no-go, a real COGS picture, a feasibility read, and up to two partner introductions.

$1,000/month · six-month minimum. An experienced operator on call for the moments that matter: the 30-minute call before a six-figure decision, the intro that opens the right door, the gut check you can't get from a generalist. One working session and up to two introductions a month.
